Since 1973, the Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority has served Arizona with distinction by spurring economic development, increasing the availability of affordable housing, aiding in job growth, and improving the State’s economy through access to low-cost financing and community investments.

For the past fifty years, we have issued more than $12 billion in bonds, invested millions of dollars in the community, given access to affordable housing and helped create thousands of jobs. We are looking forward to working with the community to provide more of the same over the next fifty years.

JOB OPENING – Administrator Postion:

The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa (“MCIDA”) seeks a well-qualified individual for the main Administrator position. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with daily business and administrative operations. Desirable knowledge and background include familiarity with the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds. This diverse and rewarding position works collaboratively with the other MCIDA staff and bond financing team professionals on a wide variety of issues.
