Heritage Academy $32,435,000

This bond financing is to enable Heritage Academy to purchase the leased buildings currently housing 2 of their charter schools, one located at 4275 West Baseline Road, Laveen, Arizona (the “Heritage-Laveen Campus”), and one located at 19705 East Germann Road, Queen Creek, Arizona (the “Heritage-Gateway Campus”),  along with constructing a 22,000 square foot gymnasium/auditorium building on the Heritage-Gateway Campus.
