Sun Valley Charter School $10,870,000

Morrison Education Group, Inc. will use the proceeds of the bond financing, in part, to acquire approximately 6.3 acres of land located at the southeast corner of West Baseline Road and South 27^th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona and to construct a 40,000 sq. ft. campus that could hold 550-600 students.
