The Maricopa County IDA issued $15,239,000 in bonds on behalf of Mariposa Point of Mesa. The senior living facility has approximately 49 assisted living units and approximately 30 memory care units.  When completed the single-story building will be about 63,000 square feet at 1248 South Crismon Road, Mesa, Arizona.
