Proceeds used to assist in financing the acquisition of approximately 8.2 acres of land located west of the southwest corner of West McDowell Road and North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, Arizona to construct, improve and equip facilities thereon and to construct, improve and equip six new classrooms at their facility located at 2675 West Baseline Road, Phoenix, Arizona, which currently serves students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
