Public Meetings
The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa meets the second Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted in the Annual Meeting Notice). You will find the posted agendas and results/minutes for the meetings below. The schedule for the 2026 calendar year can be found at: 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule.
Meeting notices will be posted as follows: 2026 Disclosure Statement for Posting Agendas.

In order to be included on the agenda, at least 10 days prior to the board meeting, you must have:
- For Preliminary Approval, submitted a completed application with exhibits, application fee and approval resolution.
- For Final Approval, submitted all of the above and all financing documents in substantially final form.
