From May 1975 The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa has served Arizona with distinction.
The Authority has helped spur economic development, increased the availability of affordable housing, and as of November 2013 has financed in excess of 436 projects throughout the State.
These efforts continue to bring new benefits to the State's economy every year.

To create and maintain jobs within the County, and assist residents of the County to achieve a better standard of living and way of life.



The Authority recently partnered with Maricopa County to provide a new website for veterans.

The new Veterans Resources Website provides access to information about programs, services and resources made available to veterans by Maricopa County and other community organizations.  To foster awareness and provide convenient access, this new website brings together the links to this information into a single location.

The Authority serves a number of critical roles:
Conduit Financing - the Authority acts as a pass-through between a tax-exempt or taxable borrower and bondholder(s).
Improving the availability of affordable single family housing in Maricopa County and throughout the State, as well as assisting in providing affordable rental housing.
An innovator, that has promoted economic development, created jobs and helped enhance the State's economic well-being.
